Return Policy

A primary reason we are thorough when talking with you about what items of equipment you need is to avoid returns. All returns must be processed within 30 days of delivery. All items returned are subject to a 25% restocking fee. All shipping charges are the purchasers responsibility on return items.

After 30 days any item found defective and under warranty will be repaired or replaced with an equal or equivalent unit.

Beds, Mattresses, Stainless Steel, and Custom Orders Sales are final and can not be canceled, returned or exchanged.
